what would i change about me
if I met the right woman, or women, I would have to get more exorcise, quit smoking, and eat a little better.
long explanations:
eat right,
eat at regular times,
snack less,
and if I do snack eat things that are low in fat. like onion sandwiches.
these with the exorcise lost me about 80 LB's once.
but over 15 years, I've gained it back
quit smoking. I'd have to keep up these day's, I smoke too much, but I said I'll quit smoking if I meet the right woman. and I met it.
but I have to care about her, and she has to make me care about myself. I don't mean nag,nag,nag.
I mean just being with her has to make me feel better about being me.
get more exorcise. this means walking, riding a bike if I can get one again.
